Hi MCCRASH

Does it matter what the IMEI code is to try out the code you have provided for johnboy12?

I too have a couple of Nokia 1600, both locked to the Orange network (UK) and wish to unlock them for my kids to use with pay as you go sims.

If the IMEI does matter then they are:

Phone 1 - IMEI: 357946002467648

Phone 2 - IMEI: 357946002463076

The firmware number on both is v3.08 (RH-64)

I will await your response before trying anything out.

Note for other users: If you want an unlock code fast then I would recommend that you start a new thread for a very fast and efficient response (unlike me, I took the slow root, replied to an existing post, was told that I had to start a new post, started a new post etc etc etc :)
