Bittorent 6.0 port fwd problem

i just downloaded bittorent 6.0 and followed this guide: http://www.portforward.com/english/route...41/Utorrent.htm
since i have a wired linksys router(befsr41). i did everything correct except that when i run the port forward test on bittorrent, it says port 10002 is not open. My ip (from cmd>ipconfig) is 192.168.1.101. can someone give me real specific instructions for my settings.

For some reason it worked fine last night but this morning it is not working. my static ip is 192.168.1.137
