Has anyone had any luck in being able to get their LG burner model number GSA4040B to work with Record now max?

I have the same drive and can't even get it to recognize in RecordNow Max. After checkign the compatability list, it isn't even listed. I'm not sure what other program people use with the drive, but I've had nothing but bad luck with it. Had it for a few dayz now and have yet to make a DVD - problem after problem
