Hey is it ok if i turn my memory stick into pandora memory stick and use original battery? What I mean is will it do anything different or will it brick my PSP. Just making sure because I don't know if writing the msipl.bin boot code into the memory stick will affect how it boots if using original battery. Please reply...

Yes you can use your memory stick as normal after you use it to unbrick/downgrade.install CFW on your PSP. Just fromat it a few times with your PSP and walla! No...pandora UNBRICKS your PSP so bricking your PSP with Pandora is redundant......

NOOOO??!!! Ok just to make sure that you understand me... I am not trying to unbrick my PSP as it is not bricked (I am not a stupid person who messes with the flash or uses programs that do [except for the gameboot]). I'm just saying that if I converted my memory stick into pandora magic memory stick with an installer or whatever, will the PSP boot properly into XMB or IRShell if I use the original battery (not pandora) that is inserted into the battery compartment?

yes, you can use the magic memory stick normally. it won't load since it's not used with pandora's battery.

In order for the Magic Memory Stick be be effective you need the Pandora Battery to boot with it.

The question is why would you want to use a Magic Memory Stick as a normal Memory Stick booting it with a normal Battery?

Exactly. Thats what he was saying. "Why would you want to use a magic memory stick as a normal memory stick". You just disagreed with larry and then stated what he said.
