DISC STOPS PLAYING. WHY?????

This is what i do, tell me what im doing wrong?

I Compress the dvd with DVD shrink 3.0
THen i Burn it with Burnatonce.
They all get succefly written

But when I play it, someone of then get stuck.

Is it my shrinking or writtting program???

probably the burning phase (writing).

what kind of burner do you have? What kind of media (brand, type (-/+ r)) are you using? Does it play on the computer? Where does it stop?

Never heard of Burnatonce. Try installing Nero or RecordNowMax - two burning options that are excellent for DVD. If you cannot see beyond a certain point on the disc then you have no idea if the burn was successful despite it looking as though it was. On the other hand 'sticking' ie freezing, is a characteristic of many cheaper discs. What discs are you using? You should also read some of the threads in DVD-R media section.

Sounds like crap media to me, although given the lack of detail in the post it's hard to tell.
A quick search of the forum for the same problem would have revealed that crap media is the problem in almost all cases of discs skipping or freezing on a standalone
