I currently have an HP Pavillion Media Center with an HP300n DVD burner and a CDR Drive. I'm interested in purchasing a dual DVD burner (probably Sony) since the HP300n only burns +R. My questions is - can I remove the CDR Drive and insert the dual drive or do I have to replace the 300n. I'm not sure if you can have two burners on the same system.

Mix and match all you want. You'll just have to be sure to select the burner you want to use in your software before you burn.
