DVD Track-Information from source disc:
Media Type: DVD+RW No tracks detected
Nero cannot read from the disc. It is either damaged, or it is a bad burn(too close to the edge of the disc, burned too fast, poor quality media)
I would try to use a ripper first and see if you can get it to your HDD. Try DVd Decrypter or ImgBurn, they are both free.
Also, I would recommend getting some quality media instead of Dynex, to avoid this kind of problems in the future.

I think the source disc is damaged/corrupted, and that is the DVD+RW, that't why i recommended a better ripper than nero. The Dynex would be the destination disc. Could also try IsoBueste, works good with damaged discs.
