Nero Vision 5 problem with DirectX

I just installed Nero Vision 5 on my Computer and it does not work.

It keeps on giving me this message:
"You need Directx 9.0 or Higher"

I had Directx 9.0c on my computer and upgraded to
Directx 10.0 but nothing has changed it still has the
same message. What should I do to fix the Problem?

Are you running Vista?Try reinstalling Nero Vision after you installed DirectX 9.0c.

I think I found the answer to my problem. My video card I think doesn't support Directx 9 or higher. That's why Nero won't work.

Well, if that is the case, I guess you have to buy a different card, or install a previous Nero version that does not require Directx 9
