anyone know where to find .sav files for no$gba2.6

i have played alot of games almost to the end then somehow the save gets
deleted.mainly for final fantasy III and dragon quest monsters joker.i found save files but they have to be converted from another format.when i convert them to a .sav file they still dont work.
any suggestions?
i do not own a ds or any kind of card.just have the emulator.
any advice thats positive would be appreciated.
