plz help uploading issues!

ok so im tring to seed a file i set the tracker and i created the torrent file and every now and the i get a invalid passkey error and sometime is says it ok, but then when i try to upload it on a site they ask for the name and i type in the name and it give me a weird error

"Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './include/global.php' (include_path='.:/hsphere/shared/apache/libexec/php4ext/php/') in /hsphere/local/home/tgowns/tgbits.org/include/bittorrent.php on line 8 "


Thats the error and i dont know what im doing wrong any help tips or insight would be great THX

That's a server error.. is your torrent file compliant with the site requirements?.. If you can answer yes to that, and you are allowed to upload torrent files.. membership or whatever.. then the error is on their end.
