hi all can some one help me i have been kicked of the internet twice for downloading is there a program to stop them from catching me i am runing vista and in the uk my internet provider kingston communications please help me

downloading xbox360 game and antvirus you can download but not upload so they say so can you help lol

While downloading you can try running "PeerGuardian2" (google it) in the background which may give you a bit of privacy from your ISP.
