M3 card problems

So I updated my card (CF) just awhile ago with I believe it was update.e35. Every time I boot it up now it tells me that my card isn't formatted and tells me to restart. This keeps happening even if I format the card and just throw on the updater. I found the older version on my computer today, update.e22, and it gives me the same problem. The farthest I got with it was to press start to update the system, but it froze when it finished updating. Any ideas on how to make this work again?

Sorry that I can't be more helpful. Do you have another compact flash (CF) card that you can try?
