help deleted ds menu dat how do i get it back

pleade help i stupidly deleted the ds menu dat among other things
how do it get it back it is not on my system anymore is there a free
program i can use , i deleted anything which wasn't games on the r4
thinking they weren't needed didn't realise is needed the ds menu etc for it to work, yes i know it was really silly of me and i feel soooo
stupid, still learning the computer and i guess this is a really harsh
leason to learn
please help before my daughter finds out what i have done

Just download the R4DS kernel from their website.
If you need something to get the file open use WinRAR or 7-Zip.

still no luck need a more detailed information on what to do we are not all computer buff lol any way please can u help with the r4ds many thanks annie

I could send the file via e-mail. Just tell me your e-mail address, but do it through 'private messages' located near the top of this site. This is because we are not allowed to post e-mail addresses in forum threads.

alright im guessing you mean the menu options you clicked the automatic game thing instead of manual version. just take the game out of the DS and it'll go to the menu agian. Then switch your options back to manual. hope this helped. :D
