Can't burn dvds ( Illegal Disc Error )

No matter what Nero or software program i can't burn dvd's. Help.
Here is my data log. I tried updating to nero 7, nero 8, Zapping roxio, and i still can't burn

It's not readily apparent what's causing the error although the media you're using, manufactured by CMC Magnetics, is some of the worst around.
Try using ImgBurn to burn your project. It's free.
http://www.imgburn.com
If ImgBurn fails, try some better media like Verbatim and try +R instead of -R.
You might also reset your drive on your system by using Device Manager to uninstall your burner and than allowing XP to autoinstall the burner upon restart.

Beside changing the discs, which are notorious for not being compatible with many burners, also change the master/slave configuration for your drives:

Did you set the burner as master?!
You should put the Hard Drive on the primary IDE channel, the burner as a Master on the Secondary IDE channel, and the other CD drive as a slave. You have them all switched around.Hook them up properly if you want to burn. And use quality discs.

If switching around the drives as Cyprusrom suggests doesn't work, uncable the CDROM and see if the burner will then work.
Unless your settings are softare selectable, you need to make sure the jumpers on the drives match the cable positions as well.

I still think you should put the burner on the Secondary channel and Hard Drive on the primary. Also, unplug the CD burner like laddyboy suggested, leave the burner by itself on the Secondary IDE.
