hello. i have a dvd i'd like to burn (i have .vob files and all that stuff...) but the audio is very quiet. how can i boost up the volume so when i burn my dvd, it'll be louder? thank you.
1 VOBEDIT- DemuxVOB to m2v, ac3 and sup files (sup are subtitles)
2 PX3- Convert AC3 to WAV
3 Audacity- Load wav, adjust audio and output New WAV
4 FFMPEGGui- Convert New WAV to New AC3
5-MUXMAN- Mux m2v with New AC3 into new DVD (a new DVD/VOB folder with all the required files is created)
Run VobEdit > 'Open', select VTS_01_1.VOB (the first large VOB of the title, the rest will come in at the same time).
'Demux' > select 'Demux Multiple Streams at once'
The files will be saved as an .m2v ,ac3 and .sup if subtitles were selected.
Drag or load the wav.
Click 'Effects' > 'Amplify'
If necessary, check 'Allow Clipping' and set the slider up ~9db, check the level then OK.
Play the stream to verify that the sound is good.
also, try the 'Normalize' effect to see if it suits.
Export the file as 'new.wav'
Load the video .m2v, the subtitles .sup and the new audio 'new.ac3'
Indicate the language of the audio and subtitles.
Press 'Start', a new DVD folder is created.
