Hey, I finally got that computer to work!

Well here's my new problem:
Sometimes when I try to do things associated with the internet, like for example, when I try and register a STEAM account; my computer freezes. All the way. Sometimes it restarts when I'm doing internet stuff. I was on mIRC last night and the damn thing restarted while I was in the middle of a conversation.

I don't know what's going on. The thing is a beast and this is the last problem I have to fix with it.
