A Minitek MDP-1050 was given to me for free. It does not turn on. I'm testing connections with a multimeter, power supply is fine, power connector is fine, and I don't see any scorch marks on any part of the portable dvd player. Anyone have this problem, similar problem, and fix it? It is a very nice portable dvd player with a 10.2" lcd and can read movies from usb/sd/mmc/ms and I would like to fix it, or at least find a way to use its lcd for other mobile projects (carpc monitor?)
