Im having problems burning a DVD with Nero. Can someone read this error log and tell me whats wrong?

That's a pretty old firmware version. I would suggest updating the burner firmware to the latest version.

I didn't see the media identified in the log. What media are you using, type and brand?
I'd suggest using the Image Recorder to create an image file of the project output. Then use either Nero Express or ImgBurn to burn the image file to a blank DVD.

Ok I've updated my fireware and uninstalled the Roxio stuff and I'm still having problems. I can burn CD's fine but I still can't burn DVD's. Here is the Nero error log.

You still haven't told us what media you're using. Use Nero CD DVD Speed tool to tell us the manufacturer of your disk.
Start the CD-DVD Speed program.
Insert a disk.
Make sure you select your drive from the menu.
Click the Disk Info tab.
Post back what appears for MID.

Some of the 8X TDK +R media is made by low quality suppliers CMC Magnetics and Moser Baer. Use the steps above in my reply above to ID the actual manufacturer.
The end of disk error is not an unusual one for poorer quality media, although poor quality media is not the only cause for the error.
