Ive tried Hide IP Platinum (Doesn't Work). Says it's giving me a china IP but when I got to check my IP on google search it's still the same. Is there really any IP Hider out there that works?

Since you are posting in the P2P forum, I assume you are talking about hiding your IP when doing P2P.
HideIP is not for P2P, only browsers (I guess not good there either from reading your post).

A VPN service, like VPNTunnel, would be the best for that in P2P (and everything else).

Why yes I am talking about an IP Hiding software that works in P2P software's. That's what I am mostly worried about. Who cares about internet browsing, I'm not looking up anything I shouldn't. But I might be downloading things I shouldn't............ or am I?

I don't know, but it looks like the software that a VPN service would use.

As far as I know all VPN service providers charge a fee and have a monthly limit on useage.

Personally, I think that is overkill given the small % of people that are IDd.
An IP blocker is all that I use.
