Was just wondering which is better to use. I'm currently using BitComet. If this is the best one how do you optimize it for best use?

Azureus and uTorrent are both good, Azureus is a bit resource heavy, while uTorrent drains few resources, i use uTorrent and it's never given me any problems, always HTTP speed when downloading something with a good Seed/Leech ratio.

Not an option, that's just a phrase to denote how fast torrents download - it's basically another way of saying that they download as fast as your connection can allow.

Sounds like someone didn't bother READING how to properly configure the application for his system

No problems here

vs the most popular downloaded web browser

Azu, even Vuze, is delightful when properly CONFIGURED.

it can even be configured to look oldschool

Plus I don't have to tolerate crap clients or barely-sharing peers with azu. microTorrent only has IPA banning.

death to non-apostate muslims.... turning the tables is fun

No, actually, i was using second hand information from a friend... but it's so nice for someone to step in thinking they know everything -.-

His computer isn't exactly bad, and he just noted that Azureus made games lag whereas other P2P software didn't.

Although Azureus is my preferred client, its memory use is more than uTorrent (7,000), Bittorrent 5.x (12,000) or Bitcomet (25,000).

For those with limited RAM, that can be an issue.

The options and plugins for Azureus are what make it stand out from the others IMO.
Plus I download a great deal of media from the Vuze portion and the speeds there are at max.
