did anyone download the iso or cso from "torrent" and get it working?

also, if i get a game that is pal, will i be able to play it on my psp that has 3.90 m33-2 fw installed?

Wrong section of the forum, but yes, loads of people have. PSP games don't have regions, so you wouldn't be able to get a PAL version anyway, any game works on any system.
