Used to be here quite often but then things came up and have not been here for some time and its like a different world!!!
A little history, I have a fat PSP which has been downgraded to 1.50, I then use devhook to play wipeout pure.... I just have one game on the psp other than a few snes games which i play with nester... was thinking of trying out wipeout pulse when it tells me i have to upgrade to at least 3.73... came here with the intention of doing that and wowzieee things have changed!
Dark_Alex seems to have ****ed sony from every side!!!
1. Am I right in doing so or do you think i will face any problems upgrading a fat psp to that?
2.Do I need to copy the entire memory stick before doing so? am a bit worried as am just about to complete wipeout pure and dont want to lose my progress and unlocked stages...
3.Also, can you guys recommend any homebrew other than irshell and pmsstrem?

1. No, it works for ur fat psp. This may brick ur psp.
2. What do u mean ? If u want to keep ur stuff just copy them into ur pc. U dont need to format them. Ur game save will still work even in 3.90 M33.
3. Well, what kind of homebrew do u want (media, game, organier ...)

1. Bricks is when a psp turn into a "brick" when it is useless. Now, u can fix the brick psp with a pandora battery.
There are 2 types of brick. Full brick and semi brick. Both can be fixed. If u are trying to upgrade or downgrade, u can fully brick ur psp. Which means when u start ur psp, it will only give u a black screen.
2. PimpStreamer is one of my favourite. It lets u stream videos or music from ur pc to ur psp.
