Hi
just got Nero 8 ultra edition.i am trying to renew my password it tells me we have determined your identity. an e-mail with instructions on how to renew your password is on its way to you.you can create a new password after you received our e-mail.if you already received the renewal code. go straight to the create new password page. my question is how long does it take them to send this to me? its bin 2 hours now still have not got it yet

I think you're being a bit impacient...We're talking about Nero's tech support here. They use a different time system. Thy do not use minutes/hours, the smallest increment is days, most used is probably weeks.
