Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone could let me know what this error code means. (except for the media, I know I should be using better..ha ha)Thanks in advance. Have a great day.

Hello

You drive for whatever reason isn't making itself available. Could be a bad drive, a bad cable, conflicting software, etc.

- Use Device Manager and uninstall your burner. Right click on the name of the burner under CD/DVD drives and click Uninstall. The drive should autoinstall upon system restart.

- Make sure there are no other programs open that might be preventing access to your burner such as other burning programs.

- Make sure the cable to your burner is firmly seated on both the drive and the motherboard.

- Try a different program like ImgBurn (free).

also when you have sorted your drive. you could do with a firmware update
