Morning!

I had a go at taking some screws out and trying to pull the bottom of my laptop apart, but it wouldn't go so I left it.
I've searched sites on the internet but I can't find anything on it at all.

Does anyone know how I do this without busting something?
I just want to give it a good clean and have a peek at what it looks like in there.

Also while I'm here, can you overclock laptops? I was told you can't...
I think I might as well sell this and buy a desktop pc...

You have to disassemble most laptops from the top down, i.e. removing the keyboard and power switch panel and working down that way. Remove all the screws then turn the laptop back the normal way up and work down. As for why you'd want to do so though, I've no idea. You can't upgrade the CPU or GPU in a laptop easily, you can only really do the RAM and the hard disk.

Thanks, I'll give that a go.

If you'd read what I wrote, you'd see why I want to pull it apart. I'm well aware of the lack of upgrade potential.

Ah right, my bad, didn't spot that.
As for the overclocking bit, not recommended if I'm honest, and certainly not without a laptop cooler.
