whats sup? I have a major problem with my computer. i turned it off earlier this afternoon and when i turned it on i have this message saying "Error loading operating system". it wont let me boot to my windows homepage. what do i do? can someone help me plz? much help would be appreciated! Thanks

Try booting in Safe Mode. If it doesn't boot, you have a big problem.

Hmmm... Big problem if safe mode dont work.

This may sound odd but you could try setting your drive up as a slave in another machine an run scandisk on it. (Or HDD recovery)

Its a long shot but might work. (Even gonna test it myself)

It may help us better to know if you are getting any sort of error, or even a black screen with a flashing cursor. If you want to try the scandisk method:

Go here and get the software you need to make a boot floppy for ME.
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

Boot off it, then at the prompt, type "scandisk /all"
