I was wondering if there is a quick way to convert a pal movie to ntsc without hours of encodeing....got a few pal movies here and standalone dvd player only plays ntsc....if someone can help me out that would be great thx

if you have enough of em, go to walmart, i bought an APEX dvd player for only $25! and it plays VCDS, SVCDS, WMA, MP#, DVD+R,DVD-R, and both NTSC and PAL

i encoded a little clip of it from PAL to NTSC and its all skippy..like playing slow i guess from changing the framerate...goin to have to get a new player

i noticed that strangley the shitty no name chepo players, are actualy the best, my 25$ player can play anything i put in it, but my friends $200 philips cant play anything but purchased dvds
