How the hell do you get a Dialga and Darkrai with Action Replay

You use Pokesav to create them and then import them into your game using the AR.

How much information do you need/want?

You _CAN_ just create a darkrai and be done with it, but it more fun to trigger the event, go the house and the island, and catch him your self.
