New PCI-E Graphics card help & advice

I have recentley bought a new PC knowing the graphics card was not up too much.

The PC has an Intel Core 2 duo 6700 chip
and an pci-e ATI radeon x1650se 512mb memory gfx card.

I am looking at spending £50 - £70 on a new graphics card and would be gratefull for any suggestions or am I loking at spending more to see a vast improvement over the card I have?

(I am looking at running Cod4 at a good res and quality).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions & help.

you're going to have to spend more, because you will definately need a new power supply. NEVER use the factory or a cheap brand power supply, or else it can be death to your system.

recommended is nVidia 9600GT, and a corsair 450VX power supply on a budget.
