I need to pick up a decent dvd+-rw drive. Im looking at oem drives (cheaper and I dont need the added software of retail drive). My main question is ordering from online sites. Should I purchase the oem drive online, because I am worried about getting a doa drive, or worse, a drive that craps out after the online sellers 30 day warranty is up. Has anyone had bad experience buying online and having this situation happen resulting in 100+ dollar paper weight? Thanks for the help.
