Hi,

I have used DVD Decrypter for over a year and a half and have never had a problem with it, now with this one DVD I am trying to burn...I am getting an error message that I have not seen before. I have Nero on my computer, so go ahead and rule that out, otherwise, DVD Shrink would not work, and this simply is not coherent. I am looking for any help or explanation of this message,

its probably a copy protection issue

dvd decrypter hasn't been updated in years and can't handle the newer movies OR you have a bad/scratched/dirty DVD. use this thread for better software to backup your DVDs
