Hi, I would apreciate any help anyone can give me. I have tried many quality tutorials including touran22 and kernal kev but my hair is greyer than it was 2 days ago. I got a fat psp for my eldest and easily flashed it back to 1.50 and then installed 3.40 oe-a before the days of unbrickers (we love dark-alex) so he could play backups of all the umds I buy him (I buy to fund the industry) then I got my youngest a slim 3.90. I have followed the tutorials to the letter, using touran22s easy installer and even going through installing the pandora battery setup and magis mms through cmd promps (shout out to kernal kev) . but when I insert the mem stick to slim ps (no battery just ac cable) and then remove power and insert pandora battery I created, the slim just briefly flashes a pixelated pic of my sons custom background and then turns to a blank backlit screen. I have definitely created a pandora battery as I have to restore it back to normal to boot up fat psp with it installed, and my magic ms has all the right directories in it as far as I can tell. I have even put in a 1.50 eboot renamed to UPDATE.PBP when I used the cmd promt method of creating the magic ms and pandora battery. like I said, all I want is for the slim to play backups because my youngest is losing umds god knows where at a rate I cannot afford. I love the psp as it has so many applications apart from peace and quiet while the kids play and I gladly fund the industry ( I love my ps3).can anyone help me out, I will gladly give a FULL breakdown of what I have done so far to anyone who thinks they can help. Thanks in advance to the kind soul who takes pity on my grey hairs.
extra info to previouse thread, When I put mms and pandora battery into fat psp I get menu :
press x to downgrade using ms0:/update.pbp
press 0 to backup nand to ms0:/nand-dump.bin
press[] to resore nand from ms0:/nand-dump.bin
I am assumnig this is what I should see on the slim if all is successful?
please help, I don't want to go bald aswell as grey :)
