dma driver error crc error nero need help

hello guys since i am newbie on this forum i dont know is this the right place for opening such a thread. i have mass problems with my burner/reader, it only wants to read immediately after computer is turned on, if i want to read a cd/dvd after some time since my comp has been turned on i cant T_T.
but those problems are not all...
the main problem is that i can not burn a shit. really. i always get many errors, like dma-driver, crc, could not perform disc at once, internal target failure BLABLABLAAAAA
i use pioner dvr-110d and i have latest firmware and nero version
if you want to suggest me something that can be done only via device manager, you should know that it is blank every time when i try to open it...i checked plug and play, i checked enum/permissions/everyone/system in regedit(start>run)
i googled a lot but no results T_T for all of the problems listed above

use roxio zap tool to get rid of that driver.

and can you tell me why to avoid those cdrws
and about enabling dmas, i have already told you that i cant open device manager...
and at least i deleted that unneeded driver :)

what operating system is this?
ok from your picture you have some serious issues, i would even go as far to say that if your not computer savvy take it to a pc shop for repair! i have never seen this before ever...
i would reload the operating system and all motherboard drivers from the discs and then load all programs like antivirus etc etc etc...
infodisc isnt a good brand of disc or never used to be...
