ninja reflex freezes with cyclo ds/ file system fragmented

as the title says, this game freezes on the start screen, with no option other than to turn off ds. Most likely needs a firmware update to fix, can ohers confirmed this is happened to them please>
also power tennis has an error message appear but this has been confirmes on the team cyclops website.

PS I am also getting an error message after trying to load the rom it says file system too fragmented, this seems to only happen with my trimmed rom, with the original it works fine. anyone else have this with their trimmed ninja reflex
