Can not get M3 DS Rumber pack to work

Hi. I got the M3 DS REAL with a 8 GB card and a Rumble pack. I have download the system file and the games work fine but i can not get the rumber pack to work . When i switch on the DS it rumbers for a second when the ds starts up and it does nothing after that. Am i doing something wrong..Can you help......

The rumble pack only works with compatible games:
