Ok, so iv been spending a bit of time recently gettong to grips with game boots and coldboot sounds etc on my 3.71 M33-4 PSP Slim, and i can now place the files, and they are all working fine.
Iv been looking at creating my own opening_plugin.prx sounds to use as the coldboot.
I have searched google, and found tutorials which show how to create an opening_plugin.rco file for 3.52 CFW, but this obviously isn't in the right format for the newer firmwares.
So, is there a program i can use to create the .prx sound files? I understand that they must be created from 16bit wav files, and at least 1 second long but no more than 4 seconds.

Any one now of a program or way to edit the sound inside a .prx file to be used as a coldboot?
Reason i ask is that my gf really wants a psp so she can play the old Crash Bandicoot PSP games when she's on her way to uni...i'm sick of her taking mine lol, so was thinking of buying her one for her birthday next month. So im wanting to be able to put a little message on as the boot sound for when she switches it on for the first time.
