Black Screen during encoding of Pirates 3 with Shrink

I'm trying to burn Pirates 3 (At world's end). I use DVDFab first then Shrink which had been working with difficult DVDs. I am trying to keep the menus and extras but I tweek them with custom compression. During some of Shrink's analyzing phases (I've tried this over and over) everything looks ok. But when it goes through the encoding phase it is showing a black/blank screen for the first 20% or so then it starts showing the movie starting in the middle or where ever that percentage mark is in the movie. So it looks like it is blanking out quite a bit of the beginning of the movie.

I tried running VobBlanker and FixVTS but it does the same thing. It looked like DVDFab would have copied just the movie but I want the menus and extras also.

Has anybody seen this same thing? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm replying to my own post to apologize as I did not see my original post from a couple of days ago and then posted pretty much the same problem again today.

I have the lastest version of DVDFab so I don't know what the problem is with the blanking.... During analyzing stage it seems to show the beginning but only during encoding does it blank it out. I stopped it before it started burning a disk.
