I really hope someone out there can help as I seem to have hit a brick wall here! I shall tell my problem but it is quite long so I hope I don't bore anyone but here goes...

Basically, my dad bought Photshow Deluxe 4 from PC World a few weeks ago. He played with it and created a slide show and then went to burn it to DVD. It said the product needed to beb activated so we typen in the serial number on the CD and it seemed to work. It created the CD and it worked. However, when my dad went to use the program again, it said again that it needed to be activated and it tried to do it automatically but it then said the number was already in use. We typed in the number again but it displayed the same message and wouldn't let us use our serial number.

Since myself and my dad are somewhat of computer amateurs, we thought we had done something wrong and went on the nero website and bought another serial key thing. We typed that one in and it worked and we thought it was fixed. But yet again, the damn thing stpped working saying it was already in use and we didn't even get to burn a single DVD this time as it said there was a problem with Macromedia projector or something. When we go to use it now, it says the 2nd code that we bought is in use. We emailed Nero 2 weeks ago and have still not had a reply apart from the auto email thing. Please can someone help! Does it matter that it is Windows Vista? DOes it matter that it is an Acer computer? We really need help as it is to burn a photoshow of my brother's new born baby. Please, please help!

I have photoshow deluxe 4 and it works fine, I do know that there was an free update to make it work with vista. (I use xp). But if you just bought this, it should be photoshop 5 it came out at least a year ago!! version 4 is the old one.
