what dose this mean u fan error! or cup fan error! mean cant see all the screen its on the start up before the bios . and can this stop the processor from working. thanks

Its either the fan or the onnection where the fan connects. I wouldnt run the computer if the fan doesnt work because if your computer gets to hot the processor could overheat. or the power supple could blow out.
