Hello, I get a Task_2 failed! Error=116 every time I try to back up a DVD with DVDFAB Platinum 4. I never had this problem before until now. I did a search on this error code and read that the burning speed for Nero needs to be at 4X. How do I set the speed in NERO. Also does DVDFAB use Nero to burn? I do not see Nero run when DVDFAB starts its brun process.
oh to add. After the burn process fails. I use nero to burn the VOB's that DVDFAB created in it's folders. However, when I use Nero to burn I do not get the option to burn at 4X speed. I get a choice from 16X to 6x. I use the 6X and things go good. So I can still back up the movie but it costs me a DVD every time try.
How do you set DVDFAB Platinum to copy dvd main movie only to image. I don't have DVDFAB HD. I have options on the right hand side that say: FULL DISK, MAIN MOVIE, SPLIT, CUSTOMIZE, CLONE, MERGE, and WRITE. I tried clicking on write but it asks me under SOURCE to "Please choose DVD folder/image file" and next to TARGET it has the drive I burn with set as a default. I tried navigating to the VIDEO folder from the DVD I want to copy to image then click start, leaving my burner as the target but, I get a failed message.
