Hi there-
I got a response in another thread for this question but unfortunately it doesn't actually answer my question.
I have used DVDFab HD Decrypter to rip a Region 2 DVD onto my hard drive. This has worked well, except for the fact that when I play the VIDEO_TS.ifo file, all I get is sound and no video. I can play the individual VIDEO_TS files using VLC media player because they are VOB files but not the entire movie in the ifo file (it does't recognize the format). IS THIS A CODEC ISSUE OR IS IT A DVDFAB DECRYPTER ISSUE?

You should be able to click 'File' 'Open Directory', highlight the 'VIDEO_TS' folder and click 'OK' and the movie should start from the menu (if it has one).

Yes, the movie starts...but there is only audio and no video.

Drag 'VTS_01_1.VOB' onto Gspot and confirm that there is mpeg2 video (top right of window).
