Mine never connects. I can play games online though, but when I try to start the browser up I just get a failed to connect error

can someone tell me why on the vista windows media center ,i cant find more programs to launch my mce browser??,when i go to program library it shows browser when i click on it it shows the loading circle but never comes on,how do i get my programs to show up on my vista windows media center !!!!!! this shit is pissing me off dude.
