Well you need to install windows, not run the Gigabyte driver CD...
As for it not picking up the keyboard, you may need to go into the BIOS to enable legacy USB support.

nevermind, im installing windows, and the keyboard is working while i do that. after i install windows do i need to do anything inside the bios for setup? or would i just go back in there for overclocking, in which will be my next topic of intrest haha.
thanks for the help guys, hopefully everything is going ok its f'en with the hard drive now so we will see what happens.

Just change it so the HD boots first instead of the DVDRW drive. Oh and You might wanna BIOS update if OC'ing doesn't work out :D Oh and to check your Temp, get CoreTemp from http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
