graphics cards do get very hot, that's just their nature. Your motherboard however sounds on the border between acceptable and too hot. Can you get us some accurate readings using SpeedFan for your CPU and Motherboard and Rivatuner(nvidia) or Atitool(ATI) for your graphics card?

The CPU and Hard drive temps are certainly fine. The motherboard temperature is a bit high, but that's because the ambient temperatures are so high, check your fans are working properly.
As for the ICH, that is alarming, I think you ought to replace the heatsink on it.

The Hyper 212 is a CPU cooler, and that seems to be working fine. It's the southbridge that seems to be overheating. The ambient temp (47C) is high, you need to increase the speed of your fans or add more, it's generally too hot in there.

Well, turn off automatic fan control in your BIOS (if it's enabled) but if the fans still don't push enough air, you'll need to replace them with better ones.

How do you have your exhaust and intake fans plugged in? Are they running right off the PSU plugins?
Seem very puzzling that they are turning so slow as you said.
Maybe I'm wrong but if they are running straight off the PSU, they should be going at max. speed.
But a simple soltuion would be to get a fan controller for your intake and exhaust fans.

OK, so the fan on your card is not the problem then.
Only asked because some cards have a seperate power plugin for the cooler fan.
Nice card by the way.

Is it an older 8800? (did you get it more than a couple of months back) because the early 8800GTs had dodgy fans which didn't keep the cards cool enough.

itz 2 months old,i doubt that my problem is because of the fan on the graphic card because 7-8dayz back all the heating of mother board and graphic card started.

Nah, automatic fan control is unnecessary, it needs to be off. It's in your BIOS you need to check.

It's not really your CPU cooler that's the issue, I think it's your case ventilation... Set them all high, if still no luck, buy some new case fans...

If they're hooked to the power supply they're already at maximum speed. What size case fans does your case use? I can probably recommend replacement(s).
