Is There a Final Fantasy IV English Patch?

FF:IV was released in Japan in Decmeber 20, 2007. So its easily available online. I was wondering if there is a patch or code or something that could be saved to the memory card that allows the game to run in english?

I don't know if there is a patch, but IGN has said that it's going to be released in the US on July 22 2008.
