NERO8 RECODE HANG UP

I have Nero 8 with update installed(8.3.2.1). I have been using it for about 4 months with No problems all of a sudden I am getting a problem where at the end of burning as it writes the Lead-Out to the disc it hangs up for no reason. I have to Ctrl-Alt-del in order to un freeze it. It doesn't happen all the time but it seems to be doing it more and more??
Please HElp!!

what brand of media are you using? burn speedis important also 6x to 8x max

and have you tryed setting the target just a bit smaller so you aren't burning right to the edge of the DVD


try a clean reinstall of nero

Memorex 16X. I have been burning at 16X also. Maybe lower speed will help?? I'll also try burning not so close to the edge. Thanks for the advice!!

memorex isn't good media change to Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim next batch

and yes burn at 6x max with the memorex
