I've Ordered My M3 DS Real Cart.
And I Was Wondering Where I Can Get Skins From
I Like Cartoon's
And Computer-Ish Skins (Vista, Windows XP ETC.)
And What DO I Need To Download My Own

You can get skins (themes) from here.
I think you mean 'what do I need to make my own', they should have a topic on this in their forums.
