problem with my new ezflash 5. HELP!!

hi,

I just bought my ezflash 5, and was told by the sales person to download a software from the website to be able to use it.
But the link in the website to download the 'shell' folder cannot be accessed.
I've tried many times and many other versions but when i insert it into my DS lite, it just says 'cant find the 'shell' folder.
Anyone knows how to get the 'shell' folder or have it?
