Nero 8 Intro Video goes black before transition

I am making a video using Nero 8 w/Nero Vision 5.3.3

Everything looks great when viewing the preview. The problem occurs when I burn it to a disc (dvd-r or even harddrive).

The intro video starts and plays fine until it's time for the transition (which is set on a zoom fade). Right before the transition happens the screen goes black for a fraction of a second. I have tried different transition types and video formats but it's still there.

Although the functionality of the disc is fine, it just doesn't look profesional. The dvd's are for a client and they need to be perfect.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem and eliminate the black screen?

hmm not sure?

maybe loose the transition at that stage?

pity i cant see it play see what it does?
