I'm using "Total newbieasy Installer" and at the end after copying all the files it says

Target DRIVE is 1
checking partion sector
Cannot open device \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1
Can't read partation sector
Press any key to continue...

is this ok or is there something i need to do to fix it?

What is your firmware

If its a Custom use Hellcat's Pandora Installer

Format the card using windows, right click/format/quick format, make sure you check the drop down box Fat32
